A user is defined as one personalised email address (you@domain.com). You can also add email aliases such as sales@domain.com and support@domain.com in Google Workspace user account. Email Alias does count as additional users.

You can pay us through funds transfer to our bank account via IMPS, NEFT, or UPI for your Google Workspace account.

You can buy a Google Workspace account for Rs. 160 /user/month in the Google Workspace Business Starter plan with a 1-year commitment. This is the current minimum cost for Google Workspace in the offer for the first year of new accounts. The renewal cost for the subsequent year is Rs. 270 /user/month.

Currently Google offers 2 payment plans, i.e. 1-year commitment and flexible plan. In flexible plan, you can add and delete users at anytime. You are billed monthly or annually. However you cannot delete users in 1-year commitment plan. For more information contact us.

For security purpose, Google Workspace account will only work after verification of your domain and adding Google MX records. You can verify your domain via domain host, TXT record or CNAME record.

Google is a popular email service and yes it is compatible with most of the device and email client. Depending on the email client, you can use either the IMAP or POP mail protocol.

Yes, you will be able to transfer your existing Google Workspace account to INDYADOT. However, any existing tenure with the other provider, if any, will not be moved to us.
