Charges and Fees

18% GST of Indian Government applicable for all services

The prices displayed on our website do not include GST/tax. Please be aware that all our services will attract an additional 18% GST on the final bill amount. If your business entity is registered for GST, you have the opportunity to claim an input tax credit and derive benefits from it.

Payments made directly through Shopping Cart: ZERO charges

Customers can make payments directly through the Shopping Cart using the payment gateway during any purchase, without incurring any additional charges.

Adding funds in account via IMPS, NEFT, UPI deposits: ZERO charges

You can add our bank account as the beneficiary in your banking app. Once we receive the amount, we'll verify and credit the funds to your INDYADOT account. You can use IMPS for instant credit or choose the NEFT or UPI method.

While doing IMPS, NEFT, UPI deposit, please add transaction description as "Add funds in xxxxxxx" (here "xxxxxxx" means your 7-8 digit INDYADOT Customer ID).
Please email us your transaction details, so that we can check and credit the funds in your INDYADOT account.

Please Note:

• We do not accept Cash/ATM deposits.
• We do not accept payment or deposit from unverified customers.
• In case you have initiated a Cash/ATM deposit or made a payment or deposit using any method without KYC verification, you need to contact the respective Bank to get a refund. INDYADOT will not be responsible for such transactions.

Adding funds in account via Payment Gateway: 3%

Customers can add funds through the online payment gateway using various options such as PAYTM Wallet, Bhim UPI, Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, PayUMoney, PhonePe, FreeCharge, Ola Money, Airtel Money, Oxigen Wallet, PayZapp, Jio Money, PayCash Card.
Funds will be added to your account after deducting a processing fee of 3%.

Adding funds in account via PayPal: 10% to 15%

(Please note: We have discontinued payment from Non-Indian clients)
This payment method is available only for Non-Indian clients with verified PayPal accounts. Transactions made with unverified PayPal accounts or any other payment method will be cancelled, and all cancellation charges will be borne by the clients.
Please note that the value of INR vs USD fluctuates daily, so the fees may vary from 10% to 15%. Funds will be added to your account after deducting the PayPal payment gateway fees.

Domain cancellation charges: Rs. 100 / Rs. 150

For .IN tlds: Rs. 100 + 18% GST
For other tlds: Rs. 150 + 18% GST
If you purchase a domain, it comes with a 4-day money-back guarantee. If the domain order is cancelled within the money-back period, you will receive a refund/account balance in your INDYADOT account, after deducting the domain cancellation charges.

Hosting / Email service cancellation charges: Rs. 100

If you purchase our Hosting or Email service, it comes with a 15-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel your order within this money-back period, you will receive fund / account balance in your INDYADOT account, after deducting Rs. 100 as cancellation charges.

Withdrawing funds from account balance (refund): Rs. 250 plus bank / payment gateway charges

You may not receive the exact amount you requested due to foreign exchange conversion, bank charges, and/or payment gateway charges which may be deducted by our bank / payment gateway. There will a fee of Rs. 250 plus bank / payment gateway charges for withdrawing funds from your account balance.

Cheque deposit charges: Rs. 350

There are no charges for deposits via cheque. Please ensure to make all your cheques "Payable in Mumbai" in the name of "INDYADOT". If the cheque which is deposited is not "Payable in Mumbai", then the customer is liable to pay Rs. 350 as bank charges.

Cheque bounce charges: Rs. 450

If a cheque bounces due to insufficient funds or any other technical reason, such as signature mismatch, both the defaulter and the payee are charged by their respective banks. In this case, the customer is liable to pay Rs. 450 as bank charges.
