Please Note:

• We do not accept Cash/ATM deposits.
• We do not accept payment or deposit from unverified customers.
• In case you have initiated a Cash/ATM deposit or made a deposit without KYC verification, you need to contact the respective Bank to get a refund. INDYADOT will not be responsible for such transactions.

Steps to follow after making a payment through IMPS, NEFT or UPI:

You need to contact us with the details of your payment. In the email, please include:

1. Details of your transaction: Date of transfer, Originating bank, Transferred amount, Your bank account number, Transaction id.
2. Details of your INDYADOT account: Customer ID, Registered email-id, Your name, Domain name.

On receiving this information, we will verify your transfer and credit your INDYADOT account.

For Indian clients:

(18% GST of Indian Government applicable for all services)

• You can pay directly from CART by online method using Credit Card, Debit Card, NetBanking, UPI, Wallets.
• You can also add funds in your account using Paytm, Wallets, etc
• You can also add funds in your account by depositing in our bank account via Bank Transfer, IMPS, NEFT, UPI. While doing deposit, please add transaction description as "Add funds in xxxxxxx" (here "xxxxxxx" means your 7-8 digit INDYADOT Customer ID).
  Please email us your transaction details, so that we can check and credit the funds in your INDYADOT account.

For Non-Indian clients:

(Please note: We have discontinued payment from Non-Indian clients)

• This payment method is only for Non-Indian clients with verified PayPal account. Transaction done with unverified PayPal account or any other mode of payment will be cancelled and all the cancellation charges will be borne by clients.
• You can pay via PayPal by following below steps:
  
  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to My Billing → Add Funds.
  3. Make payment via verified PayPal account (charges applicable).
  4. Pay for services from funds balance in your account.
