Refund and Cancellation Policy of INDYADOT

Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to ensure a transparent experience with every purchase. Please review the following guidelines to understand how we handle refunds and cancellation:


  • If you register a new domain, it comes with a 4-day money-back guarantee. If the domain order is cancelled within the 4-day money-back period, you will receive a refund after deducting domain cancellation charges.
  • No refunds will be processed if the domain is cancelled after 4-day money-back period.
  • No refunds for domains registered under any discount offer.
  • No refunds for hosting plan purchased under any discount offer.
  • No refunds will be processed after the renewal of any services, including Domain, Hosting, Email, SSL Certificates.
  • No refunds on purchase of Google Workspace or any email plans.
  • No refunds will be processed if a customer has violated the Terms and Conditions or involved in activities that has resulted in incurring charges to bring back services to normal.
  • No refunds will be processed if an account is involved in abuse / resource over usage.

Please Note:

  • Refunds will be processed after deducting cancellation charges and payment gateway charges.

  • Setup fee, Software costs, Administration costs, other third party expenses will not be refunded. It may take 10-15 days to process the refund from the date of acceptance of refund by INDYADOT.
